A few months ago we heard a little rumor that one of our friends was going to open her own business, and I am SO excited to share with you today, not only an AMAZING service, but a wonderful women behind the business, Syd Stansberry.

 

I don't know who will be more excited, us or our brides!  Seriously, this is going to be HUGE!

TBS Vendor Spotlight: Howell Family Farms

We are above and beyond excited to be headed down to Texas later this week with SilverBox Photographers for Ginny & David's Wedding!  The Ceremony and Reception location will both be held at the Howell Family Farms in Arlington, Texas.  One of the most beautiful wedding venues in the area!

The beautiful outdoors and mature trees create the perfect backdrop for wedding ceremonies, which is what Ginny & David have opted to do for their evening wedding.  The 10,000 square foot barn is the perfect place for your guests to retire for the reception, with it's charming, rustic-elegance.  Hay-filled stables, well-worn saddles and magnicicent chandeliers are just a few of the reasons why we are SO excited to be traveling to the venue!

TBS Vendor Spotlight: CMR Photographer

Meet Catherine:

A couple of weeks ago I had the sheer pleasure to sit down with Catherine over a cup of coffee. What was probably only going to be a short meet & greet, turned into an hour and a half converstaion. I just love her! Her enthusiasim for photography is electic, as I got to see first hand when she came over and took photos of my family.

Here's Catherine's story ...

"I started photographing landscapes and anything I set my eye on when I was about 8 years old. I fell in love with black and white photography and the little stories you could tell with just a few photos. By my junior year in high school, I knew I wanted to be a photographer and found this amazing school on the east coast known as Hallmark Institute of Photography. I graduated from Hallmark where I learned pretty much all the technical aspects of photography and how to run a business. From there I decided to try out wedding photography by playing the role of the second photographer, less stress and more time to be creative. I absolutely fell in love with weddings from then on.
Because I have such a large family here in Missouri, I decided to move back to the Mid West and start up my business as a wedding and portrait photographer. It's such a joy to be able to do what I love for a living and I am thankful for that every day. Five years later, my main focus is on wedding photography. I love getting to know each and every couple from the first moment we chat over the phone to when they finally get to view their gorgeous flush mount wedding album , I feel like my clients become my friends, and I wouldn't have it any other way :) "

TBS Vendor Spotlight: Pink Cupcakes

Totally fell in love this weekend with PINK Cupcakes by Anna Thrash. Anna is from Jeff City, but currently resides in Columbia. She creates the most unique and beautiful cupcakes ever. Oh, and they are DELISHOUS!

PINK Cupcakes were used in the Zbinden/Grefrath Wedding this past weekend. They were ALL gone by dinner :)
