Don't get too excited, these pictures were just taken on my iPhone...
Yesterday was Austin & Max's Wedding Day. The day started off beautiful. The white tent wedding activities were taking place. The Bridal Solution's "Detail Crew" were hard at work finishing up the final touches, vendors were arriving, flowers and lighting were being placed before the ceremony.
I headed down to the tent to make my rounds after leaving the bridal brunch, and much to my surprise, there were dark clouds over head. After reaching the tent, I quickly realized the storm was directly over us, and there I was stuck with a few staff members. The storms came ... zapped generators, lights turned off, poles were shaking and grass was flooding. A tent is NOT the place you want to be stuck in during a storm. After about an hour, we were able to run from the tent to the club house, but by that time, damage had taken place. After surveying the destruction we were not quite sure we could move forward with a white tent wedding. After getting all hands on deck, we turned what was a flooded tent, to a beautiful wedding ceremony & reception. This "Black-Tie Wedding" had soon become the "Black-Tie Barefoot Wedding." The guests loved the idea of checking their shoes at the door, and jumping in with both feet. The wedding turned out beautiful ... and we couldn't be happier! Later post to follow with the actual photos!
Happy Planning!
